📦 When will my order arrive? Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Since we currently deliver exclusively within Poland, most parcels arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor its progress.
🚚 Where do you deliver? At this time, Rerlaur ships exclusively within Poland. International shipping is not yet available, but we are always looking for ways to expand our reach in the future.
🔍 How can I track my order? Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link via email. You can use this link anytime to check real-time updates directly from the courier service.

⏳ What should I do if my delivery is delayed? While we aim for prompt delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier-related issues. 🔁 Can I return my order? Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please contact us before sending any return so we can guide you through the correct process.
❗ What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at info@rerlaur.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
⌚ Why should I use a watch box? Our watch boxes are designed to protect your timepieces from dust, moisture, and accidental scratches. They provide a secure, organized, and elegant way to display your collection while ensuring your watches stay in pristine condition.
✨ How do I maintain my watch box? To keep your watch box looking its best, we recommend wiping the exterior with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. For boxes with glass lids, a standard glass cleaner can be used carefully. Avoid placing the box in direct sunlight for extended periods to protect the interior lining and exterior finish.
